Workshop Details
Explore the profound physical changes of the fourth trimester and learn how therapeutic massage and hydrotherapy can support immediate postpartum recovery and beyond. Training will address postpartum physiology, positioning, nervous-system support, abdominal and structural considerations, cesarean and vaginal birth recovery considerations.
- Licensed/registered massage therapists, student massage therapists who have completed 500+ hours of accredited school training, and other licensed maternity care professionals with a touch scope of practice.

Required Supplies:
- 4-6 pillows or sidelying support system
- 1 fitted sheet and 2 flat sheets
Participants who attend all scheduled workshop hours and complete all required activities will receive 16 continuing education (CE) hours. CE documentation cannot be issued until all workshop requirements have been completed.
