The mentorship combines focused workshops, hands-on learning, and mentoring support covering prenatal, labor, postpartum, chest and breast, sacral, and abdominal techniques. Participants build practical skills that can be integrated into doula care while remaining within the doula’s individual training and professional scope of practice.

Participants who wish to pursue more comprehensive pre- and perinatal massage training may also receive discounted enrollment in the Pre- & Perinatal Massage Therapy Workshop.

Open to certified doulas seeking additional education in hands-on comfort measures and supportive touch for pregnancy, labor, and postpartum care.

This mentorship or its included workshops does not provide massage therapy licensure or certification, and techniques should be used only as permitted within the participant’s professional scope of practice.
